Hope Christian Academy (HCA) was founded to serve families seeking a Christ-centered education that nurtures academic excellence, spiritual growth, and character development, as well as develop a deep appreciation for cultural heritage. Rooted in a close-knit Ukrainian Christian community, our school was established to provide children with strong biblical instruction, quality academics, and a supportive environment where faith and learning go hand in hand.

In 2025, through the dedication of church leaders, members, parents, and educators, Hope Christian Academy opened its doors serving grades K-8. What began as a vision quickly became a thriving school community. Today, our student body continues to grow, our programs expand, and our commitment to educating the next generation in truth and faith remains at the heart of everything we do.

What Makes Hope Christian Academy Unique

Hope Christian Academy offers a distinctive blend of strong academics, biblical worldview instruction, and bilingual cultural enrichment.

While Ukrainian language and heritage are an important part of our identity, our primary academic focus is developing strong English proficiency and academic language skills. Students receive a solid foundation in the four core content areas – English Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies – alongside dedicated Christian Studies instruction that nurtures faith and character.

We use BJU Press curriculum, chosen for its emphasis on critical thinking and intentional integration of biblical worldview across every subject. This approach equips students not only to learn, but to understand, evaluate, and apply knowledge through the lens of Scripture.

Family partnership is central to our school culture. We foster strong communication through regular parent-teacher conferences, school-wide parent meetings, and weekly updates. We also host family-centered gatherings and events that build community and connection.

Students at Hope Christian Academy experience engaging instruction, spiritual discipleship, and joyful community life. Daily prayer, Bible teaching, chapel services, enrichment activities, and special events help create a school environment where students thrive academically, socially, and spiritually.

Looking Ahead

As we grow, our vision is to continue strengthening academic excellence, expand grade levels, and develop future high school programming. We are also pursuing accreditation, expanding teacher development, strengthening student progress tracking, and implementing a structured school-wide Bible memorization plan.

We trust God’s provision as we continue building a school that prepares students to think critically, live faithfully, and serve confidently.
